“Lanzi and Terence did their first engagement shooting in Hong Kong before approaching us. They wanted something new but time was not allowed to go any far. Bearing this in mind, I suggested to shoot in Macau, a place which is no surprise for most HK photographers and may even be treated as an “outdated” choice. Yet, I still find it refreshing to shoot in Macau for its cultural diversity and the coexistence of old and new buildings and infrastructures.
Thanks to the great weather on that day, we made use of the natural sunlight throughout the whole shooting. The warm sunset lighting at the Chapel of Our Lady of Penha was particularly beautiful. And those photos taken there are certainly my favourites. ”
